Interview: Terri Janke and Company

Intellectual property lawyer and expert in Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property, Terri Janke, and senior legal officer with Terri Janke and Company, Lucinda Edwards, are interviewed by Project Manager and Research Associate Mary Anne Jebb on the 8th of April 2013. The interview followed the launch of the Deepening Histories of Place websites when the Project Protocols and five associated clearance forms developed by Ms Janke and Lucinda Edwards were made public. Ms Janke and Ms Edwards discuss their approach to developing the Protocols and forms, the international context for these materials and future directions for ICIP codification.
